The 53-year-old star recently attended the Los Angeles premiere of the film, due out on January 27, wearing a sheer turquoise dress adorned with matching gold crystals.

The long dress took center stage as Lopez posed on the red carpet. She wore the outfit in a high bun and complemented the look with large earrings.

The romantic comedy Shotgun Wedding was created by Lopez and Ryan Reynolds. Lopez stars alongside 50-year-old Josh Duhamel. The two reunite their families at a wedding. As events begin to unfold, the two are forced to team up to save their families. A dangerous hostage situation arises.

The cast also includes Jennifer Coolidge, Sonia Braga, Cheech Marin, Selena Tan, D'Arcy Carden, Callie Hernandez, Desmin Borges, Steve Coulter and Lenny Kravitz.

Josh Duhamel told People magazine in March that he "had a lot of fun working on" the film thanks to actress Jennifer Lopez.

“JLo is like a boss. “In the best way,” the actor said when asked who was more intimidating between Lopez and 53-year-old Renee Zellweger. Duhamel joined the film's cast after Armie Hammer was forced to withdraw from the role due to sexual assault allegations.

“I had a lot of fun making this film,” Duhamel continued. He called their filming location in the Dominican Republic "one of the most beautiful places in the world."
