Ankle-length leather pants left enough room to reveal her cherry-coloured stilettos. The mother of two completed her look with a simple black belt with a silver buckle.

Queen Letizia wore small, simple earrings carefully hidden behind her long, silky hair. The make-up was basic, but even so, the wife of the king, Felipe, shone at an event in Madrid.

The photographs that have been made public show the Queen of Spain standing in the middle of a group of representatives and posing in the Zarzuela Palace. At one point, Letizia placed her hands on the backs of the two members. They were photographed as they prepared for another round of photographs.

Her appearance at the event came after Letizia impressed with her elegance at the National Innovation and Design Awards in Aviles. The Queen then opted for a navy blue blazer with thin gray stripes.

Queen Letizia has managed to maintain an enviable figure over the years. The health coach spoke to Express.co.uk and detailed how Letitia remains an "attractive woman". Simone Thomas, founder of Simone Thomas Wellness, believes Queen Letizia is following Dr. Perricone's 28-day anti-inflammatory diet.

“Like many other diets, foods including bread, pasta, cereal, rice, anything fried, potatoes, chips, fruit juices and sodas are off limits. Letizia drinks up to three liters of water a day.”

Although she is constantly involved in events and has a busy schedule, Queen Letizia is very careful about her appearance and lifestyle.
